Identity Proof Policy:
According to Government regulations, we request all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government-issued photo identity address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card, or voterâ€™s ID card. Please send us a scanned copy of ID proof/passport and visa details prior to arrival to ensure express check-in. Note: PAN cards will not be accepted.
Cancellation & Refund Policy :
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival. If canceled within 15 days of arrival, 100 % of the Entire Stay shall be charged.
